Preserving the Best for Last: The "Supershot" Economy The greatest insurance coverage in the game is the Supershot meter. The elite players engage in a "resource game," despite the temptation to launch a special move as soon as the meter lights.

Prioritize "Clean Blocks" and "Clean Steals" during the first thirty seconds of meter priming. Compared to simple scoring, these acts charge the meter more quickly.

The bait is to make the opponent jump by using a "Pump Fake" (pressing the shot button). They are powerless against a Supershot once they are in the air. ​basketball stars 2

The Dagger: It is nearly impossible to recover from a Supershot that is released with five seconds left. The "over-the-top" spectacular maneuver is what transforms a lighthearted show into a resounding triumph.
